During the early 1970’s, a wonderful Planned Unit Development was started and completed by 1976 in northeast San Clemente. Approximately 300 homes were constructed most with beautiful ocean views.

Within two miles is Shorecliffs Public Golf Course.

Access to the Interstate 5 going towards San Diego and Los Angeles is less than one half mile to the west off Camino de los Mares.

The bus stops at the foot of Ocean Hills and transfers to the Amtrak and Metrolink stations in both San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano.
