Prior to becoming a Realtor®, DelAnn ended a fifteen-year career in the Contracts and Procurement Department at the San Diego Association of Governments.  In that position, she handled government contracts and purchases for the transit system in San Diego County.  She has a Masters Degree in Management.

Rich retired after a twenty-seven year career with California’s Contractors State License Board as the Enforcement Supervisor for the Statewide Investigative Fraud Team (SWIFT).  His unit investigated construction contractors.  The contracts dealt with commercial, home improvement, and new construction of homes.
